  • Dear Graham, It is with great pleasure that we write this letter to you and your team to express our gratitude for the outstanding job you have done in selling our home! As you know, our home was on the market with two other real estate agents for a significant period of time until we decided it was time to interview other agents and find ourselves someone who would get the job done. Stuart and I actually had specific criteria outlined in order to recruit a suitable sales executive and agency.   • It is never an easy decision to sell your home and especially so when it is one that you built from the ground up over two decades ago, where you raised your family and where every part of your house and garden was a labour of love (and lots of hard work). Choosing an agent to market your home for sale is an ever harder decision. We originally 'interviewed' four agents, both female and male, from diverse agencies on the Central Coast. Of these, one stood out. I would like to say it was his good looks and professionalism that appealed to me (but I will have to be honest and say that his looks had nothing to do with our decision - lucky for him). There were actually a few other reasons why we chose Graham Fraser. One was his great appreciation of our home which, to us, was so very important. Another was his 'I can do it' attitude. And his rather droll sense of humour during some rather trying moments made the whole process a lot less stressful for all involved. Graham suggested for a quick sale, which we wanted, that we consider going to auction. We had not considered auction before but we decided why not? This was definitely a good decision in our case. Four weeks of open houses and it was all over. Phew! We would like to offer Graham our heartfelt thanks for all his hard work and I would like to say that I will miss our regualr 'banter' when discussing our sale, amongst other things. In particular I was impressed by the professional way in which you handled the sale. You kept me fully informed on the progress of the sale both verbally (by phone) and also by email.
